She is the coauthor, with Kevin Hogan, of Through the Open Door: Secrets of Self-Hypnosis and the founding president of the Lake Washington chapter of the National Guild of Hypnotists. She lives in Bellevue, Washington, where she has a private clinical hypnotherapy practice.
