This tasty tale tells the story of a family on a bright, sunny morning. Maw Maw wants nothing more than to make her beautiful, delicious, buttery biscuits, but she is out of the most essential ingredient—sody sallyraytus. Without this, no one can enjoy their breakfast!
Maw Maw sends her family off on a mission that proves to be more dangerous than she thought. She warned them about the big bad bear that lives under the bridge, but no one listened. Even Maw Maw falls victim to the giant animal! It appears as if there will not be any fluffy biscuits ever again, but when a smart, brave, and hungry squirrel comes to their rescue, everyone finds their taste buds satisfied. Readers will not feel left out, however—a biscuit recipe in the back of the book is sure to please!
