About the Author
Melissa Maloney Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Nicholls State University and used her talents and skills to teach elementary school children. After Hurricane Katrina forced her family to relocate to Florida, she found her passion in graphic arts, supporting the family restaurant and keeping her New Orleans’ roots alive. Now back in Louisiana, this working mom’s impressive résumé includes running her own graphic design business specializing in party goods, Let’s pARTy NOLA.
