This tongue-in-cheek evaluation of the legal profession depicts three esquires and their lack of Christmas spirit. There’s no Santa Claus in this holiday tale. No Rudolph or presents or good will toward men. Instead, the attorneys at Bluff, Bluster, and Blunder work late into the night preparing briefs.
When a slip-and-fall victim with lower back pain pursues a case against a well-known chain store, the fun begins. In contrast to the traditional peaceful Christmas scene, the legal eagles in this story partake in a lot of ranting, raving, and rushing around, making deadlines, collecting fees, and hiring experts. This lighthearted look at litigation counsels clients to choose lawyers wisely and lawyers to follow the ethics of attorney-client relationships.
