About the Author
Millie Clarkson’s creative background includes teaching ceramics, working as Santa’s artist in an amusement park, and working as a public relations and promotions director for a small business. An avid presenter, speaker, and tireless promoter, Clarkson has given numerous radio and television interviews from subjects ranging from exercise to preserving family recipes. Her first book, Low-Stress Fitness, provides an exercise plan for all ages. She lives in Naples, Florida, from November to May and Ontario, Canada, from June to October.
